Liability Disclaimer
FAME FRAME Gallery is not responsible for any technical issues, data loss, or other damages arising from the use of this website or participation in exhibitions.

Amendments
The Gallery reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.

For Visitors

Viewing Rights
Images displayed on this website may be viewed for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

Restrictions
No artwork may be copied, downloaded, reproduced, or used in any form without prior written consent from both FAME FRAME Gallery and the respective Artist.

For Artists

Use of Images
Submitted images may be used solely for marketing, promotional, and display purposes in connection with exhibitions, competitions, and related events organized by FAME FRAME Gallery.

Archival and Public Display
FAME FRAME Gallery may archive selected artworks as part of its exhibition record. Archived works will remain available for public viewing on fameframegallery.com.

Copyright
All copyrights remain with the Artist. By submitting your work, you confirm that you are the rightful author and hold all necessary rights to the submitted artwork.

Selection Process
FAME FRAME Gallery reserves full curatorial discretion in the selection of artworks for exhibitions. Submission does not guarantee inclusion.

Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years or older. Artists under 18 may participate only with parental or guardian consent.
